Despu\u00e9s de 20 a\u00f1os entre las mejores orquestas de Cuba, La Cosmopolita desaparece, hasta que, una d\u00e9cada despu\u00e9s, asume la direcci\u00f3n Arnaldo Jim\u00e9nez. Prominente bajista que ha dirigido orquestas de primera l\u00ednea como Paulo FG, Isaac Delgado y el Charang\u00f3n de Elio Rev\u00e9, ha reformado la formaci\u00f3n, integrando a m\u00fasicos de gran prestigio. Entre ellos encontramos al pianista Sergio Noro\u00f1a, el guitarrista Rogelio N\u00e1poles y el trombonista Fidel Lanier \u201cCamu\u00e9\u201d.<br>En esta producci\u00f3n apreciaremos la nueva sonoridad de la orquesta, acorde con los nuevos tiempos pero manteniendo su peculiar sello. Interpretados por las voces de Carlos Amores, L\u00e1zaro Maya \u201cLazarito\u201d, Juan Carlos Mir\u00f3 y Pedro A. Matos \u201cEl M-2 de la Salsa\u201d encontraremos temas como \u201cGuajira Con Tumbao\u201d, \u201cLa Cuenta No Da\u201d, \u201cYa Es Hora\u201d, \u201cNo Me Voy A Disgustar\u201d, \u201cDescarga Tribunal\u201d, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cArnaldo the Cosmopolita\u201d was one of the most interesting orchestras of the 40s. After, they assumed the management of Arnaldo Jim\u00e9nez a decade later. He had already led front line orchestras such as Paulo FG, Isaac Delgado and the \u201cCharang\u00f3n\u201d de Elio Rev\u00e9.<br>Arnaldo has integrated prestigious musicians e.g. pianist Sergio Noro\u00f1a, guitarist Rogelio N\u00e1poles and trombonist Fidel Lanier \u201cCamu\u00e9\u201d.<br>On this album, you can appreciate the new sound of the orchestra.
