Hoy ya han corrido 72 a\u00f1os de labores ininterrumpidas. La Gloria Matancera con la agrupaci\u00f3n dedicada al desarrollo y difusi\u00f3n de la m\u00fasica cubana, cultivando fortuna y es as\u00ed como graban a Celia Cruz con los temas \u00abPara que sufran los pollos\u00bb y \u00abOcanasordi\u00bb. Tiempo despu\u00e9s de creado el grupo fue contratado por la emisora \u00abCadena Azul\u00bb donde comenz\u00f3 a actuar junto a Celia Cruz y se la bautiz\u00f3 como \u00abLa Guarachera de Cuba\u00bb.<br>Hoy, su director y los integrantes han dado un nuevo giro musical en que, sin perder el timbre original se entremezcla, en justa medida, su repertorio tradicional de boleros, guarachas y sones con alguno un poco m\u00e1s contempor\u00e1neo, a traves de magnificas interpretaciones y arreglos, ante los cuales no hay bailador que se resista ni oyente de la buena m\u00fasica que no los escuche, por ello \u00abenvidia\u00bb le invita \u00abA BAILAR CON LA GLORIA\u00bb y los estupendos temas que componen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>With a 75 year long career, the Sonora Gloria Matancera is one of the most prestigious and admired orchestras in Cuba. Many big names have passed through this orchestra making it an institution of Cuban music.<br>Their music has been diffused in several countries, reaching the top of the lists of Latin music all over the world.
